• How difficult is it to get approved to buy a franchise? It is not difficult. However, we want all of our franchisees to succeed so it is important that you have funds available to buy equipment, find a location, invest in advertising, and cover any other operating expense that may arise. Starting your own Flat Rate Realty is no different than starting any other business, you will need to have personal financial security for the first few months while your business gets off the ground. • Does Flat Rate Realty offer training to help me get started? Yes. We offer a 2-day training program either in person or an online webinar. In addition we provide all of our franchisees with an easy to understand manual that will answer all of your questions. On going support is always available by phone and online.

• How much is the on-going royalty? A flat fee of $500 per office, per month. . see Franchise Cost

• Why should I buy a franchise? Statistics show that franchised businesses have a better chance to succeed. With a franchise, you join a team that will always be there to help you. Flat Rate Realty has a proven system that works and you don’t have to build your own system from scratch, or spend thousands of dollars creating an image and branding your new company. We have top quality marketing materials in place that you can just put your name on and print. We even have TV commercials that you can use in your area. Not only does this save you thousands of dollars, but it makes starting up your own office that much easier.

• How do you pay your agents? We have developed a formula that is fair and equitable to all agents. This is confidential information which we will share with you as part of the franchise training.

• Do we buy signs, marketing materials and other things through Flat Rate Realty? All of our franchise owners are given a preferred vendor list. These vendors have all the necessary logos, color combinations, etc. to make buying as easy as possible for you. Most of our suppliers offer goods and services to our franchise owners at discounted rates.

• I am interested in talking with someone about owning a franchise, what is the next step?
